Issue with workflows

Hi!

We've installed the solution for generating ticketnumbers. Everything works fine, if only one ticket will be created. If we create two tickets per contact in a workflow, it also works. But if the workflow runs for 2000 contacts we get many deadlocks.

The workflow runs like:

STEP 1
  • create first ticket
  • field "Ticketinhaber" = Contact(Contact)
  • field "Ticketnummer" = Ticketnummer from XBITZ
  • field "Prüfziffer" = Prüfziffer from XBITZ
WAIT CONDITION
  • if first ticket has "Ticketnummer" and "Prüfziffer" start STEP 2
STEP 2
  • create first ticket
  • field "Ticketinhaber" = Contact(Contact)
  • field "Ticketnummer" = Ticketnummer from XBITZ
  • field "Prüfziffer" = Prüfziffer from XBITZ
Any ideas two solve this?
